How do I clean it?

Clean it gently with the ostrich feather duster that we send you as a gift. You will find it in the box. If some fingerprints appear on the sides after installing your Love Lamp on the wall, you can remove them with a rag drenched with window cleaner. Always pay attention to the leafs! Move slowly and gently, otherwise the rag can break the leafs off.

How do I install Love Lamp on the wall?

Two people are needed for installation, never do it alone! Follow the steps of the installation manual enclosed in your package.

What if I break off a leaf?

Breaking off parts of the front are not part of the warranty, so please love your lamp gently. In case if the “accident” happens, please contact us at love@lovelamp.com, and we will help you.

Remote control does not work. How do I fix it?

First check if you have removed the transparent lid above the batteries. Open it and simply remove it.

If it is removed and still does not work, maybe the batteries are exhausted. Replace them with new ones.

LED does not work. What do I do?

If it has been less than a year since you purchased your Love Lamp, you still have the warranty. Send it back to me, and we will fix it. All Love Lamps are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition, so please use the original package for the shipping, as Love Lamp is extremely fragile.

Why is the delivery 4-7 weeks?

Being a premium product, Love Lamps take a long time to get ready. Just like the brides before the wedding. Also there is always a waiting list, as the artist makes all the lamps on her own, one by one. So we ask for your patience, it will worth waiting.

DHL Worldwide provides the safest travel to Love Lamps all over the world. Once your piece is ready it will be dispatched using a next working day service. This means the within the EU shipping will take up to 4 working days. Outside the EU it will take about a week for Love Lamp to get to you. The international delivery costs for this item will be calculated at check out, with some exceptions. Need your Love Lamp in a hurry? We might be able to help. Please contact love@lovelamp.com.

If you're ordering products to be delivered outside of the EU, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. Whoever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery. These include import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that apply outside the EU. If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, make sure that they're aware that they'll need to cover this before you order.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot offer assistance on these processes. We recommend that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering products to be delivered there.

Because you (or the recipient of the products, if different) will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products, it's your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect your goods. Make sure you check this before you order.

If your order gets stuck in customs, you or the recipient will need to contact your local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes to release the goods. Love Lamp cannot do this on your behalf.
